The Niskayuna Silver Warriors (Niskayuna, NY) basketball knocked off the visiting Troy Flying Horses (Troy, NY), 72-56 in Tuesday's league test.

The Silver Warriors (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Shaker (Latham, NY). The Bison go into the Section 2 Suburban - Blue test with a 13-3 record. In their last test, Shaker notched a victory over Christian Brothers Academy (Albany, NY), 65-61, in a league test.

The Flying Horses now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they travel to Columbia for a Section 2 Suburban - Gray test on Friday, February 2. Troy will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 68-45 league win over Guilderland (Guilderland Center, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-10.
