The Parkview Patriots basketball team (Little Rock, AR), dropped 63-44 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Ruston Bearcats (Ruston, LA)
The Bearcats now possess a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alexandria for a 5A District 2 battle on Friday, February 2. Ruston will confront a Trojans team coming off a 44-43 non-league loss to St. Mary (Natchitoches, LA). The Trojans record now stands at 17-9.
The Patriots (13-14) will now prepare for their battle against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AR). The Titans come into the 5A Central battle with a 16-9 record. In their last battle, Jacksonville beat Sylvan Hills (Sherwood, AR), 47-35, in a league outing.
