The Trigg County Wildcats ran past the host Stewart County Rebels basketball team by a final score of 61-44 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Caldwell County Tigers (Princeton, KY) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 1. Trigg County will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 11-7 record after their 56-43 non-league win over Crittenden County (Marion, KY).

With the defeat, Stewart County moves to 3-17 on the year. The Rebels travel to Camden Central (Camden, TN) to face the Lions in a 2A District 12 battle on Friday, February 2.
