In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Petoskey Northmen basketball team scored a good 59-50 triumph over the Alpena Wildcats.
In their next game, the Northmen meet the Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 2. Petoskey will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record.
