With the victory, Pettisville upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Blackbirds host Montpelier (Montpelier, OH) to play the Locomotives in a Buckeye Border bout on Thursday, February 1. The Locomotives come into the bout with a record of 11-5. Montpelier lost 49-45 in their recent non-league bout against Tinora (Defiance, OH)

Next up, the Archers play the Ayersville Pilots (Defiance, OH) in a Green Meadows bout, on Thursday, February 1. Antwerp will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Pilots come into the bout with a 15-1 record after their 55-29 non-league win over Fort Jennings (Fort Jennings, OH).
