Greenwood Blue Jays (Springfield, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Billings Wildcats (Billings, MO), 53-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Greenwood upgrades its record to 10-11 on the season. The Blue Jays travel to Ash Grove (Ash Grove, MO) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Ash Grove lost 61-37 in their recent league bout against Miller (Miller, MO)

Next up, the Wildcats play the School of the Ozarks Patriots (Point Lookout, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Billings will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 12-4 record after their 53-37 league win over New Covenant Academy (Springfield, MO).
