The Blake Bengals basketball team (Silver Spring, MD), was overwhelmed 63-22 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD)
The Titans now possess a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwood for a non-league battle on Friday, February 2. Einstein will confront a Gladiators team coming off a 84-27 non-league loss to Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD). The Gladiators record now stands at 1-11.
The Bengals (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Damascus (Damascus, MD). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 13-1 record. In their last battle, Damascus trounced Churchill (Potomac, MD), 39-29, in a non-league battle.
