The Cave Springs Hornets basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the visiting Watts Engineers to 7 in the Hornets league victory on Tuesday.
The Hornets now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gans for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Cave Springs will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 58-46 league loss to Webbers Falls (Webbers Falls, OK). The Grizzlies record now stands at 6-13.
The Engineers (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Webbers Falls (Webbers Falls, OK). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Webbers Falls triumphed over Gans (Gans, OK), 58-46, in a league contest.
