With the victory, Platte/Geddes upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Black Panthers travel to Scotland (Scotland, SD) to play the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Highlanders come into the bout with a record of 1-12. Scotland lost 81-16 in their recent league bout against Freeman (Freeman, SD)

Next up, the Cubs play the Gregory Gorillas (Gregory, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 1. Chamberlain will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Gorillas come into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 67-27 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD).
