The Clinton Prairie Gophers topped the visiting Covington Trojans basketball team by a final score of 46-37 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Gophers face the Delphi Community Oracles (Delphi, IN) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 2. Clinton Prairie will attempt to move on its 8-16 season record. The Oracles enter the game with a 14-8 record after their 68-37 league win over Tri-Central (Sharpsville, IN).
With the defeat, Covington moves to 10-13 on the year.
