The Crete Cardinals (Crete, NE) basketball crushed the host Schuyler Warriors (Schuyler, NE), 51-23 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cardinals (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Wahoo (Wahoo, NE). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, Wahoo walloped Malcolm (Malcolm, NE), 46-44, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest for a non-league test on Friday, February 2. Schuyler will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 55-38 league win over Hastings (Hastings, NE). The Vikings record now stands at 9-7.
