The Douglas Patriots basketball team (Box Elder, SD), dropped 49-36 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD)
The Wildcats now possess a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hot Springs for a A Region 8 battle on Thursday, February 1. Custer will confront a Bison team coming off a 44-27 league loss to Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD). The Bison record now stands at 5-10.
The Patriots (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Hill City (Hill City, SD). The Rangers come into the non-league battle with a 13-3 record.
