Goodridge/Grygla Chargers (Goodridge, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lake of the Woods Bears (Baudette, MN), 66-10 in a league bout.

With the win, Goodridge/Grygla upgrades its record to 4-9 on the season. The Chargers travel to Fertile-Beltrami (Fertile, MN) to play the Falcons in a A Section 8 bout on Thursday, February 1. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 8-11.

Next up, the Bears play the Kelliher/Northome Mustangs (Northome, MN) in a A Section 8 bout, on Friday, February 2. Lake of the Woods will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 14-3 record after their 57-55 non-league loss to Fosston (Fosston, MN).
