With the win, Hays upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Indians travel to Dodge City (Dodge City, KS) to play the Demons in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Demons go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Dodge City won 40-37 in their recent non-league bout against Garden City (Garden City, KS)

Next up, the Beavers play the Ulysses Tigers (Ulysses, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Scott will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 3-11 record after their 55-46 non-league win over Cimarron (Cimarron, KS).
