The Johnson City Wildcats (Johnson City, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Ithaca Little Red (Ithaca, NY), 71-38 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Binghamton (Binghamton, NY). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Binghamton was trounced by Horseheads (Horseheads, NY), 44-43, in a league test.
The Little Red now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Elmira for a Section 4 Southern Tier - West test on Friday, February 2. Ithaca will encounter a Express squad coming off a 39-37 non-league loss to Newark Valley (Newark Valley, NY). The Express record now stands at 7-8.
