Vermont High School Basketball - Thetford Academy ripped by Lyndon Institute

The Lyndon Institute Vikings basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Thetford Academy Panthers to 25 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Randolph for a Capital contest on Thursday, February 1. Lyndon Institute will battle a Ghosts team coming off a 38-28 league loss to Lake Region (Orleans, VT). The Ghosts record now stands at 4-7.

The Panthers (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Spaulding (Barre, VT). The Crimson Tide enter the Metro contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Spaulding was routed by U-32 (Montpelier, VT), 31-28, in a non-league contest.
