Mark Twain Tigers (Center, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Wright City Wildcats (Wright City, MO), 50-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Mark Twain upgrades its record to 2-13 on the season. The Tigers travel to Van-Far (Vandalia, MO) to clash with the Indians in a Eastern Missouri bout on Friday, February 2. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-15. Van-Far lost 57-25 in their recent league bout against Montgomery County (Montgomery City, MO)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Louisiana Bulldogs (Louisiana, MO) in a Eastern Missouri bout, on Thursday, February 1. Wright City will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 60-36 league loss to Clopton (Clarksville, MO).
