Kentucky High School Basketball - Union County knocked off by Muhlenberg County

The Muhlenberg County basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Union County Braves to 41 in the non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The now sport a 7-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hopkinsville for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Muhlenberg County will battle a Tigers team coming off a 54-10 league win over Fort Campbell (Fort Campbell, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 5-8.
The Braves (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Webster County (Dixon, KY). The Trojans enter the District 6 contest with a 4-17 record. In their last contest, Webster County ran past Ohio County (Hartford, KY), 62-42, in a non-league contest.
