The Ottawa Cyclones basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Pittsburg Dragons to 38 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cyclones now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Baldwin for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Ottawa will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 82-7 non-league win over Osawatomie (Osawatomie, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-5.
The Dragons (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Parsons (Parsons, KS). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Parsons ran past Frontenac (Frontenac, KS), 65-58, in a non-league contest.
