The The Pingry School Big Blue (Martinsville, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Ridge Red Devil (Basking Ridge, NJ), 64-60 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Big Blue (11-6) will now prepare for their test against North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, North Hunterdon got by High Point (Sussex, NJ), 55-46, in a non-league test.
The Red Devil now own a 7-13 record. They play next when they host Immaculata for a Skyland - Raritan test on Thursday, February 1. Ridge will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 71-58 league loss to Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 8-7.
