Maine High School Basketball - Sacopee Valley thwarts St. Dominic

The Sacopee Valley Hawks (Cornish, ME) basketball knocked off the visiting St. Dominic Saints (Lewiston, ME), 47-32 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Hawks (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Buckfield (Buckfield, ME). The Bucks go into the C South test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, Buckfield notched a victory over Pine Tree Academy (Freeport, ME), 47-42, in a non-league test.
The Saints now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Old Orchard Beach for a non-league test on Friday, February 2. St. Dominic will encounter a Seagulls squad coming off a 55-37 non-league loss to Waynflete (Portland, ME). The Seagulls record now stands at 6-8.
