Etna Lions (Etna, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Fall River Bulldogs (McArthur, CA), 49-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Etna upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Lions host Modoc (Alturas, CA) to clash with the Braves in a bout on Friday, February 2. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 21-2. Modoc won 38-23 in their recent league bout against Weed (Weed, CA)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA) in a bout, on Friday, February 2. Fall River will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record.
