The Strasburg Indians basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Timnath Cubs to 31 in the Indians league triumph on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberty Common for a contest on Wednesday, January 31. Strasburg will battle a Eagles team coming off a 51-16 non-league loss to Flatirons Academy (Westminster, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 9-3.
The Cubs (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wellington (Wellington, CO). The Eagles enter the contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Wellington triumphed over Frontier Academy (Greeley, CO), 15-13, in a league contest.
