With the victory, Eastview moves its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Lightning host Rosemount (Rosemount, MN) to face the Irish in a South Suburban contest on Tuesday, February 6. The Irish go into the contest with a record of 14-5. Rosemount won 9-0 in their recent non-league contest against Farmington (Farmington, MN)

The Mustangs now sport a 4-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cretin-Derham Hall for a Suburban East contest on Thursday, February 1. Mounds View will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 10-7.
