The North Smithfield Northmen basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Central Falls Warriors to 30 in the Northmen non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Northmen now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moses Brown for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. North Smithfield will battle a Quakers team coming off a 46-39 non-league loss to Ponaganset (North Scituate, RI). The Quakers record now stands at 3-7.

The Warriors (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI). The Mounties enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record.
