Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA), 63-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Homestead upgrades its record to 14-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Kathleen MacDonald (San Jose, CA) to clash with the Condor in a bout on Thursday, February 1. The Condor go into the bout with a record of 11-8. Kathleen MacDonald lost 62-50 in their recent league bout against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA)

Next up, the Falcons confront the Santa Clara Bruins (Santa Clara, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Saratoga will attempt to improve on its 10-10 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 61-51 league loss to Lynbrook (San Jose, CA).
