The Middle Park Panthers basketball squad (Granby, CO), was nudged 72-70 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Bennett Tigers (Bennett, CO)

With the victory, Bennett advances its record to 13-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Arvada (Arvada, CO) to meet the Bulldogs in a 4A/3A/2A Frontier battle on Monday, February 3. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 3-13. Arvada won 69-60 in their recent league battle against Sheridan (Denver, CO)

The Panthers now own a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Platte Canyon for a 4A/3A/2A Frontier battle on Saturday, February 1. Middle Park will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Jefferson (Edgewater, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 6-7.
