West Virginia High School Basketball - Buckhannon-Upshur fells Lewis County

January 30, 2025: Buckhannon, WV 26201

The Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Lewis County Minutemen to 51 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Thursday.

The Buccaneers now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Elkins for a Big Ten game on Tuesday, February 4.

With the loss, Lewis County falls to 6-7 on the campaign. The Minutemen travel to Lincoln (Shinnston, WV) to confront the Cougars in a Big Ten game on Tuesday, February 4. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 3-6.
