The Chieftains (15-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hydro-Eakly (Hydro, OK). The Bobcats come into the Washita Valley challenge with a 14-6 record. In their last challenge, Hydro-Eakly prevailed over Minco (Minco, OK), 61-56, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolverines encounter the Luther Lions (Luther, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 1. Garber will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 7-10 record after their 79-46 non-league win over Marietta (Marietta, OK).
