Maine High School Basketball - Carrabec knocks off Temple Academy

In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Carrabec Cobras basketball team scored a good 51-35 win over the Temple Academy Bereans.

The Cobras (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Greenville (Greenville, ME). The Lakers come into the non-league contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Greenville defeated Penobscot Valley (Howland, ME), 40-37, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bereans battle the Pine Tree Academy Breakers (Freeport, ME) in a D South contest, on Saturday, February 1. Temple Academy will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Breakers come into the contest with a 10-8 record after their 78-56 league loss to Buckfield (Buckfield, ME).
