The Center-Stanton Wildcats basketball squad (Center, ND), was crushed 63-35 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] Pirates (Steele, ND)
With the victory, Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] advances its record to 3-7 on the year.
The Wildcats now own a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Salem for a B District 8 battle on Monday, February 3. Center-Stanton will play a Holsteins team coming off a 64-57 non-league loss to Standing Rock (Fort Yates, ND). The Holsteins record now stands at 4-10.
