Rhode Island High School Basketball - St. Mary Academy-Bay View bests Cranston West

The St. Mary Academy-Bay View Bengals basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Cranston West Falcons to 36 in the Bengals league triumph on Thursday.

The Bengals now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Classical for a Division I game on Wednesday, February 5. St. Mary Academy-Bay View will confront a Purple team coming off a 54-47 league loss to South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI). The Purple record now stands at 1-12.

With the loss, Cranston West falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Juanita Sanchez Complex (Providence, RI) to confront the Cavaliers in a Division I game on Wednesday, February 5. The Cavaliers go into the game with a record of 1-12. Juanita Sanchez Complex lost 42-16 in their recent league game against Barrington (Barrington, RI)
