Learning Foundation & Performing Arts Wolves (Gilbert, AZ) fans went home pleased Thursday as they observed their basketball team edge the host West Phoenix Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Wolves (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage Academy (Mesa, AZ). The Heroes come into the Freelance challenge with a 8-5 record.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the East Valley Athletes for Christ Eagles (Mesa, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. West Phoenix will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record.
