The Midwest Central/Delavan Raiders (Manito, IL) basketball edged the visiting ROWVA/Williamsfield Cougars (Oneida, IL), 52-46 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Raiders now possess a 7-15 record. They play next when they travel to Cuba/Spoon River Valley for a non-league bout on Monday, February 3. Midwest Central/Delavan will play a Wildcats team coming off a 44-40 league win over ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, ROWVA/Williamsfield falls to 5-16 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Cuba/Spoon River Valley (Cuba, IL) to play the Wildcats in a Prairieland bout on Saturday, February 1.
