The Palo Verde Panthers bounced the host Valley Vikings basketball squad by a final score of 51-28 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next, the Panthers face the Arbor View Aggies (Las Vegas, NV) in a 5A Southern outing, on Friday, January 31. Palo Verde will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record. The Aggies enter the outing with a 5-14 record after their 57-27 league loss to Liberty (Henderson, NV).

The Vikings (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Somerset Academy Losee (North Las Vegas, NV). The Lions enter the 4A Sky outing with a 16-5 record. In their last outing, Somerset Academy Losee routed Amplus Academy (Las Vegas, NV), 75-4, in a league outing.
