The U-32 Raiders basketball squad (Montpelier, VT), was nudged 41-36 in Thursday's league battle with the host Peoples Academy Wolves (Morrisville, VT)
With the victory, Peoples Academy advances its record to 14-3 on the year. The Wolves travel to Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT) to meet the Lancers in a Capital battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Lancers enter the battle with a record of 9-3. Lamoille lost 51-30 in their recent non-league battle against North Country Union (Newport, VT)
The Raiders now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spaulding for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 4. U-32 will meet a Crimson Tide squad coming off a 52-44 non-league win over Lake Region (Orleans, VT). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 9-4.
