The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Sarcoxie Bears (Sarcoxie, MO) and the visiting Stockton Tigers (Stockton, MO), observed Sarcoxie's basketball team knock off Stockton by a score of 47-36.

The Bears (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Spokane (Spokane, MO). The Owls come into the non-league challenge with a 3-14 record.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Lockwood Tigers (Lockwood, MO) in a Southwest challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Stockton will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record.
