In Thursday's non-league test, the Dawson School Mustangs (Lafayette, CO) basketball squad defeated the host Golden View Classical Academy Sentinels (Golden, CO), by a score of 33-21.
Next, the Mustangs clash with the Clear Creek Golddiggers (Evergreen, CO) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 31. Dawson School will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
The Sentinels (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Poudre Community Academy (Fort Collins, CO). The Warriors come into the test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Poudre Community Academy overcame Nederland (Nederland, CO), 27-25, in a league test.
