The Salem Sundevils basketball squad (Virginia Beach, VA), was nudged 55-52 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Western Branch Bruins (Chesapeake, VA)
With the victory, Western Branch advances its record to 8-4 on the year. The Bruins travel to Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA) to meet the Hornets in a non-league battle on Friday, January 31. The Hornets enter the battle with a record of 7-2.
The Sundevils now own a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Smithfield for a non-league battle on Monday, February 3.
