The Princeton Tigers (Princeton, NJ) basketball nipped the host Allentown Redbirds (Allentown, NJ), 38-35 in Tuesday's league test.

The Tigers (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Trenton Central (Trenton, NJ). The Tornadoes go into the Colonial Valley test with a 20-1 record. In their last test, Trenton Central got by Trenton Catholic Academy (Trenton, NJ), 78-52, in a non-league test.

The Redbirds now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they travel to Robbinsville for a Colonial Valley test on Thursday, February 9.
