The Amador Valley Dons basketball team (Pleasanton, CA), was nudged 67-61 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA)
The Matadors now possess a 17-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Livermore for a East Bay battle on Friday, February 3. Granada will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 72-35 league loss to San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 9-16.
The Dons (11-13) will now prepare for their battle against Foothill (Pleasanton, CA). The Falcons come into the East Bay battle with a 13-12 record. In their last battle, Foothill was nudged by Dublin (Dublin, CA), 60-44, in a league battle.
