With the victory, Model upgrades its record to 9-12 on the campaign. The Patriots host Nelson County (Bardstown, KY) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 3. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 5-12.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Powell County Pirates (Stanton, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Burgin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record.
