David Anderson Blue Devils (Lisbon, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Southern Tornadoes (Racine, OH), 61-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, David Anderson upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Southern (Salineville, OH) to play the Indians in a Eastern Ohio bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Southern won 61-54 in their recent league bout against Wellsville (Wellsville, OH)

Next up, the Tornadoes play the South Gallia Rebels (Crown City, OH) in a Tri-Valley II bout, on Friday, February 3. Southern will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record.
