The Edison Academy Pioneers basketball team (Detroit, MI), was nudged 63-56 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Michigan Collegiate Cougars (Warren, MI)
The Cougars now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Detroit Public Safety Academy for a Charter battle on Friday, February 3. Michigan Collegiate will battle a Eagles team coming off a 78-57 league loss to Rose Leadership Academy (Detroit, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 8-6.
The Pioneers (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Chelsea (Chelsea, MI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 12-2 record.
