Fairview Apaches (Sherwood, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Stryker Panthers (Stryker, OH), 60-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fairview upgrades its record to 3-14 on the season. The Apaches host Wayne Trace (Haviland, OH) to clash with the Raiders in a Green Meadows bout on Friday, February 3. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 11-5. Wayne Trace lost 52-51 in their recent non-league bout against Kalida (Kalida, OH)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Ayersville Pilots (Defiance, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 4. Stryker will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Pilots go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 49-40 non-league win over Pettisville (Pettisville, OH).
