With the victory, Hughes upgrades its record to 5-11 on the campaign. The BIG RED host Trotwood-Madison (Trotwood, OH) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 8-9. Trotwood-Madison won 82-54 in their recent non-league bout against North (Springfield, OH)

Next up, the Fighting Owls play the Edgewood Cougars (Trenton, OH) in a Southwest Ohio bout, on Friday, February 3. Mt. Healthy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-16 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 5-10 record after their 60-37 non-league win over Valley View (Germantown, OH).
