The Thomas A. Edison Owls basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Mastery Charter South co-op [Mastery Charter Lenfest/Mastery Charter Thomas] Bulldog to 49 in the Owls league victory on Tuesday.
The Owls now sport a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkway Northwest for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Thomas A. Edison will battle a Hoyas team coming off a 62-61 league win over Mariana Bracetti Academy (Philadelphia, PA). The Hoyas record now stands at 3-12.
The Bulldog (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Mastery Charter North - Pickett (Philadelphia, PA). The Pumas come into the non-league contest with a 2-13 record. In their last contest, Mastery Charter North - Pickett was defeated by Imhotep Charter (Philadelphia, PA), 88-28, in a league contest.
