Mill Valley Jaguars (Shawnee, KS) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Shawnee Mission Northwest Cougars (Shawnee Mission, KS), 80-75 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mill Valley upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Olathe East (Olathe, KS) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Olathe East won 62-47 in their recent non-league bout against Shawnee Mission North (Shawnee Mission, KS)

Next up, the Cougars play the Shawnee Mission South Raiders (Shawnee Mission, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Shawnee Mission Northwest will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 52-44 non-league loss to Olathe North (Olathe, KS).
