Mississippi High School Basketball - Pisgah thwarts West Lincoln

The Pisgah Dragons (Sandhill, MS) basketball knocked off the host West Lincoln Bears (Brookhaven, MS), 46-35 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Dragons (8-15) will now prepare for their test against Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS). The Chiefs go into the 2A Region 6 test with a 13-9 record. In their last test, Pelahatchie went down by Velma Jackson (Camden, MS), 64-40, in a league test.
The Bears now own a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to Amite County for a 2A Region 7 test on Friday, February 3. West Lincoln will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 75-43 league loss to Loyd Star (Brookhaven, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 4-13.
