With the victory, Wheeler improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Montville (Oakdale, CT) to confront the None in a Eastern Connecticut IV challenge on Friday, February 3. The None come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Montville lost 54-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Stonington (Stonington, CT)

Next up, the Panthers confront the Putnam Clippers (Putnam, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Plainfield will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Clippers come into the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 58-52 non-league loss to Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT).
